How to place an order?
All you have to do is go to the site, be impressed with our products, and click on the item you want. Enter the desired size and length if necessary (note the desired length or contact us) and press the 'ADD TO CART' button. From there, go to the check out and choose a shipping method and a payment method - and that's it :)
We will update you by the email address you entered at the checkout message you via our Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp when it is packed and shipped to you.
Do I need to register the site to order?
No. There is no need for any registration, any purchase can be made on the site as a visitor and without registration. The information you enter at the checkout page is used to send your package and the invoice.
If you would like to receive notifications with our most valuable offers and be updated with our new collections before everyone else, you can sign up for our newsletter (don't worry, promise not to fill your mailbox).
How can I check my order status?
Once your order is delivered and shipped, we will update you on the delivery number by email or message you via our Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp so you can track it and stay up to date at any time. This number is used to track the package at any given moment, enter it on the website of your country's national postal company.
How can I know that you have received my order?
If your order has been received, you will see the message "Your order has been accepted" after clicking the order button. In addition, an email will automatically be sent to you confirming the transaction with all the details inside. If you want, you can always contact us through the WhatsApp on site, our "Contact Us" page and of course our Facebook and Instagram channels.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel an order first contact our business email: email@example.com / Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp channels by your convenience.
If the product is not shipped, the money will be refunded using the same payment method when purchased.
If the product is shipped, it must be sent back up to 48 hours after receiving the product. Once the product arrives and checked for no defect flaws on it, the money will be returned to you using the same payment method you purchased with.
I placed an order and would like to change the shipping method
On local orders (Israel) we ship all our express delivery packages with a courier to your address as a gift, so the shipping method cannot be changed.
On overseas orders, if the invitation has not yet left our studio, we can change it by contacting us on our Instagram and Facebook pages or chat directly on our WhatsApp site. You can also contact us via our business email firstname.lastname@example.org. We are available and promise to respond as soon as possible to provide you with the best service. Once contacted, it will be possible to change the shipping method you are interested in and if necessary, credit / charge by the amount of money required.
*The additional credit / debit following the change will be made using the same payment method made on the original order.
How can I change the address in my order?
If the package has not yet been sent, we can assist you in changing the address by contacting us on our Instagram or Facebook pages, or chat directly with us on our WhatsApp using our site. You can also contact us via our business email email@example.com. We are available and promise to respond as soon as possible to provide you with the best service.
Once contacted, we will change the shipping address accordingly to the latest address and verify that the package has reached it’s destination.
When will the package arrive?
By local order, the shipment is FREE of charge and arrives up to two days from the time the package has been collected (If the address is not in a kibbutz). If the address is in a kibbutz, please wait a few more days for the package to arrive.
By overseas order, our regular delivery is FREE of charge and comes up to 3 weeks from the time is was picked up. If you would like to pay for Express Shipping Abroad - The shipping and the Arrival is up to 5 days, you can contact us on our Instagram or Facebook pages, or chat directly to us using our WhatsApp on the site. In addition, you can contact us via our business email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update the shipping method.
How can I track my package?
When the package is sent, we will send you the shipping number via email / Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp at your convenience.
By local order, you can follow the package on the Israel Post website and stay updated until it arrives. In addition, a courier will contact you with the phone number you entered in the order, to coordinate with you the delivery of the package. If you have not yet received a call from the courier, you can contact us and we will check for the delivery exactly when the courier is expected to arrive.
By overseas order, the package can be tracked through the official postal company website of the country you are located in. Tracking will keep you informed of every step the package goes through and when it will arrive.
I am wondering whether to invite the courier to my residence or work address, what should I choose?
By local order, shipments are from 8am to 8pm, so it is advisable to choose an address where you will be comfortable receiving the shipment during these hours.
By overseas order, if you have made an additional payment for express delivery, the courier will contact you with the cell phone number you entered on the website. The working hours of the couriers vary from country to country, so it is recommended to check the shipping time of the official postal company on it’s website. According to the information on the website you can determine what is the convenient address for you and receive the package without any worry.
I ordered an item and would like to replace it
For customers located in Israel, all you have to do is update us up to 48 hours after the item is picked up, that the item is not suitable for you and wish to replace it. The notice must state the reason of the replacement and the product you wish to replace. As a result of the change you may be credited / charged according to the price of the new product. Once contacted, send the product back via Israel Post by registered mail. When we receive the returned product, we will send a new shipment of the requested product.
In addition, you can arrive to our ‘Mia My’ Showroom (located in Tel Aviv, Carlebach 10, 5th floor), return the product and change to another product as requested. Based on the price of the new product, you may be charged / credited accordingly.
* The shipping of the product back to us will be paid by the customer.
* The extra credit / debit due to the item change will be made by the same payment method as the original order.

I ordered an item and would like to return it

Once contacted send the product back, and after we receive it you will be credited with the same payment method you paid (regular payment / Paypal / Bank Transfer / Bit app).

How long does it take for the package I returned to reach you?
For customers located in Israel, return by Israel Post will be received in our offices within 14 business days. As soon as the package arrives, we will contact you through our business email: email@example.com / Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp at your convenience. If 14 business days have passed and you have not heard from us, please contact us and we will address the matter immediately.
For overseas customers, the shipping back will be returned to our offices within 3 weeks. As soon as the package arrives, we will contact you through our business email: firstname.lastname@example.org / Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp at your convenience. If it's been 3 weeks and you haven't heard from us, contact us and we will deal with it immediately.
Is it possible to return an item on SALE or bought with a discount?
Of course the item can be returned. The item return process will be similar to returning a regular item that did not participate a special offer, as detailed above. As for the items sold at a discount as part of SALE and you wish to replace it with another item, the discount does not apply (unless otherwise stated) and you may be charged / credited according to the new price.
Fitting & Measurement
I am wondering which size should I order
Each item page shows it’s measurements details - so self-measuring with a simple measuring tape can help you decide what is exactly right for you. At the bottom of the page is link to a global fitting guide that provides all the information needed for comparison. In addition, we are always available for questions and consultations on our Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp channels and our business email: email@example.com.
I signed up for the mailing list on the site, but haven't received any emails from you yet. why?
If your mailing address is in the Gmail service, make sure that the emails from us arrive at the correct folder in your box. Automatically, promotional emails reach a folder called ‘Promotions’ and not to the main box called "Primary", which appears at the login email address.
If you want to receive the emails to the main box, please do the following:
Mark at V one of the mails from us.
Press the right mouse button when the mouse is hovering our email.
Select the ‘Move to Tab’ option and move to the ‘Primary’ box.
From now on, all the emails we send will be located in the main box and you will be able to enjoy them.
I can't see the pictures in the emails you send me, what can I do?
This has to do with your email settings. To see your photos regularly, follow these steps:
Open one of our emails where the photos don't appear.
Click on the phrase at the top of the email: "Always show images / Always display images from “firstname.lastname@example.org".
That’s it, now you will be able to see the emails properly.
Is the site secured?
For sure. The site is secured using SSL protocol - that is all communication between your browser and our site (the web server that stores the pages on the site) is encrypted. Meaning the information transmitted between the browser and the site cannot be decoded. The site complies with the most stringent security standards, so you can rest assured that the shopping process is done in the most secure and confidential way.
I’m trying to place an order and my computer notifies me that the site is not secure
This error is related to the antivirus installed on your PC. Most of the messages appears when the antivirus expires, thus the antivirus license must be renewed. A more comfortable solution is to order from another device where it is not installed.
Charges and Installments
Can installments be made? If so, how much?
Yes, of course. The number of installments is detailed below :
Up to 2 payments for a purchase over 200 ₪
Up to 3 payments for a purchase over 300 ₪
Up to 4 payments for a purchase over 500 ₪
Up to 5 payments for a purchase over 800₪
Up to 6 payments for a purchase over 1,200 ₪
What are the possible methods of payment?
The site accepts all types of credit cards, so there are no restrictions on certain cards. In addition to the credit cards, PayPal payment is likewise possible. You can also pay using a bank transfer and the ‘Bit’ app after contacting us.

Is it possible to pay in cash?
Cash can only be paid in our ‘Mia My’ Showroom which is located in Tel Aviv, Carlebach 10, 5th floor.
There is no option on the site. However it is possible to pay for all types of credit cards, PayPal account, bank transfer or transfer in the Bit app.
To make a bank transfer or transfer via the Bit app - you can contact us on Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp / and in our business email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Have I been charged twice?
The system charges only once per order. In addition, there are checks being made to make sure that every order has been charged once and for the correct amount. If you want to make sure you didn't place a double order, you can also contact us through Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp / and in our business email: email@example.com.
How can I use my Birthday Coupon code?
First of all, congratulations :) You received an email / message with a discount by the date of birth you gave us. The coupon code is valid only for the month of your birthday and can only be used once.
Once you've selected the items you wish to purchase and added them to your shopping cart, press the ‘Check Out’ button and you will be redirected to the checkout page. After you enter the shipping information needed, you will see a small box option to enter your coupon code. Copy the code from the email / message you received and type in the appropriate coupon box, press the confirmation button and the discount will be calculated automatically!
Didn't get your Birthday Benefit?
To be registered to Mia My’s customer base, you are ought to place an order on the website, enter your date of birth and accept our Newsletter, so that we can send you the Birthday Benefit by email.
